Time Island Project Society

Celebrating history, literature, theatre, fantasy, and pop-culture through an EPIC two-day educational time travelling festival

Each year, proceeds are raised in support of a chosen registered charity that benefits our community. This year’s charity is Can Praxis, the leading Equine-Assisted Therapy provider for the Veteran and First Responder communities. Can Praxis helps Veterans, First Responders (serving and retired), and their families, living with Operational Stress Injuries (OSI)

Can Praxis is the leading Equine-Assisted Therapy provider for the Veteran and First Responder communities. We help Veterans, First Responders (serving and retired) and their families living with Operational Stress Injuries (OSI).

According to the 2017 Veteran Suicide Mortality Study published by VAC, 40% of young male Veteran’s deaths were due to suicide; a 2.4x higher risk than the general population.

First Responders

Suicide is a critical public health concern, and he vast majority of First Responders have little to no support for mental health treatment.
